- Clinical Role:

- Coverage Dates Needed: November 15, 2024 – 12 months with option to extend
- EMR system: Epic
- Reason for Coverage: understaffed
- FTE Needed: 5.0 (potentially more)
- It is both in-patient and out-patient care all within the same place. We do not provide either/or and cannot provide that here at the hospital. It is the same location. The Anesthesiologists will not have to actually leave the building. We do not have a free-standing surgery center, but rather provide services for inpatient and outpatient in the same physical space
- Department Shift Schedule: Minimum of 1 week/month (7shifts) required, preference is at least 2 weeks monthly
- Specific shifts for Locums – if different: 8H, 10H, 12H, 16H, 24H
- Call Schedule and Call Responsibilities: The call requirement depends on the number of providers we have. If there are 8 providers for example, it would be once every 8 days. We will not schedule a provider post-call
- Cardiac Fellowship- Types of Cases: Cardiac (open hearts, TAVRs, ablations, cardioversions, and LAAC), general, vascular, robotics, endoscopy, GI, GU, OB, some orthopedics
- Non-Cardiac Fellowship- procedures required: general, vascular, robotics, endoscopy, GI, GU, OB, some orthopedics
- Available support staff: CRNAs, Surgeons, PA-Cs, RN, ST
- Board Certified, ACLS, PALS
- Vaccination Requirements: Flu required
- Must have Active State License or Active IMLC (Will not accept licensing candidates)
- 2 - providers must be Cardiac fellowship trained
- 3- providers do not require Cardiac training
