JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Details:
- Setting: Hospital setting performing 3,600 IP/OP surgeries per year.
- Duties: Independent Cases, back up anesthesiologist onsight.
- FTE: 1.0
- Required Procedures: Ortho, Spine, Gynecology, Urology, gastric bypass, minimal vascular cases, no pediatric cases
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech
- Reason for Coverage: Staffing Shortage
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- NE License - REQUIRED
- Residency Requirements/Fellowship – REQUIRED
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, NRP - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERRED
- Availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED
- Must include a copy of ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, and NRP at time of name clear
