JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hospital in eastern North Carolina is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join their surgical services team. With a 1 week on/1 week off schedule, this opportunity lends itself to an excellent work-life balance.
Job highlights include:
Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
Shared Call, with CRNA’s as First Call
Supervision of experienced CRNA’s
7 on 7 off schedule, inclusive of nights/weekends
General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, OB/GYN, Endoscopy cases, Healthy Pediatrics, and Pediatric Dental procedures (pediatrics > age 2)
175 surgical cases per month
Malpractice coverage provided including tail coverage
HOSPITAL:
Our hospital has more than 75 beds, with a renovated 15-bed emergency department serves nearly 30,000 patients per year and is part of a multi-specialty physician group. In addition to providing general medical and surgical services, we offer chemotherapy and other cancer infusion interventions as well as national designation as a Primary Stroke Center.
