Requirements:

  • Board Certified Neurological Surgery ABNS NES – REQUIRED
  • Active CO license or IMLC – REQUIRED
  • ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) DEA – REQUIRED
  • Provider must be able to do thrombectomies and clippings so they do not have to transfer the patient. – REQUIRED TO NOTE
  • Clean background/no malpractice – REQUIRED willing to consider providers with 1 malpractice case settled under $300k. Must indicate that the provider is aware and comfortable with a Heavy surgical emphasis – REQUIRED TO NOTE
  • COVID vaccinated – REQUIRED
