  • Supervises CRNAs, 8 beds 5 step down beds (Pulm Critical Care support ICU and Hospitalist manage ventilators), No CT Surgery, no Nureo Surgery (All other surgeries) Most Surgeries are Ambulatory,
  • Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months) -Names/numbers of 3 references -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked within the last 6 months
  • Pay Information:
  • 1099 - 600k per year (1 in 3 call - very light, may be called once a week)
  • Reg pay $260 per hour - plus $30k bonus for two year commitment
  • On call pay $45 per hour
    Call Back rate: $260 an hour

  • W2 - 550k per year (1 in 3 call - very light, may be called once a week)
  • Reg pay $230 per hour - 460k per year
  • On call pay $45 per hour - $5,647.5 per week - $96,007.5 (1 in 3 weeks)
