Join a hospital employed anesthesia group that consists of 3 MD's and 6 CRNA's_x000D_
Epic EMR_x000D_
No medical supervision of CRNA's_x000D_
MD's take backup call only; CRNA's take first call_x000D_
Time off is flexible_x000D_
During your work weeks, you will either be running the OR board or doing your own cases_x000D_
