  • Schedule:M-F 8am-5pm (No call)
  • Types of Cases: everything; no open hearts. Must be able to do blocks
  • % of hands on (if MD/DO job): 100%
  • # Of ORs: opening 2 new ORs this Summer

  • Certifications: BC, IN Licensed
  • Credentialing: 60 days
