Locums – Minot, North Dakota, Anesthesiology Openings (Willing to License)
Clinical Role:

- Start Date: 07/29/2024
- Contract Length: 26 Weeks (6 Months) with option to extend
- Shift Details: 5 x 12
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 6a-6p, weekend call rotation taking Saturday OR Sunday (these may just be set up as regular working days vs call but client is clarifying the hours)
- Support staff: CRNA in every case; physician is primarily supervising
- Amount of coverage needed per month: 60 open shifts plus weekend coverage (Will take multiple providers)
- Patients per day: 1000 cases per month; daily cases varies, but there are 5 Anesthesiologists on per day
- Patient population/age: Adult and some health pediatrics
- Department description: Anesthesiology
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital bed size: 318
- Level II Trauma
- Skills required: everything level II; primarily supervising CRNAs (typically only 3 at a time, never more than 4 on rare occasion); lots of OB, ortho, hearts (not required but preferred), brain, abdominal or chest trauma, MVAs, bullet wounds, stab wounds
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Board Certification: Yes, Anesthesiology
- State license required: No
- DEA: Yes
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
- Minimum experience required: 2 Years minimum
