Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Physician will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members and deliver the highest quality of patient care._x000D_ _x000D_ WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:_x000D_ Schedule: 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m._x000D_ Operating Room Call: First Call: 1 day every 6 days_x000D_ OB In-house Call_x000D_ Weekend Call: 1 to 2 days per month, 7:00 a.m. 7:00 a.m._x000D_ Holiday Call: Shared amongst physicians_x000D_ _x000D_ Operating Rooms:_x000D_ 9 main operating rooms_x000D_ 2 C-section rooms_x000D_ 1 Cath lab_x000D_ 3 outpatient rooms_x000D_ _x000D_ Strong support staff_x000D_ Onsite CRNAs _x000D_ Excellent, modern equipment includes: latest glidescope, and latest Sonosite ultrasound machines for regional anesthesia_x000D_ Robust Peripheral nerve block program_x000D_ Opportunities for teaching_x000D_ EPIC electronic medical record_x000D_ Potential outreach to Franciscan Health Crawfordsville & Franciscan Health Rennselaer_x000D_ Per bylaws must be within 30 minutes of hospital when on call
