Job Description

Last Update: 10/18/24
I have a couple of openings available in the NE part of the state that may be of interest to you. This is a one month need for supplemental coverage. If the need continues, they will offer extensions. It is strictly an 8am-5pm job with no Call, no weekends. It is an outpatient surgical center that performs procedures for Othopedics, adult, regional, post extremity blocks, with some transforaminal-lumbar/Cervical/x-ray guided blocks, and occasional spinal, epidural and rarely, pediatric anesthesia. The occasional need is only preferred, if the provider is experienced in those procedures, but not required.
This is a quick turnaround need, and all documents will be required with expedience. The rate is not set, so you will need to give me your going rate. When responding to this post, please respond with your up to date CV, NPI #, PA license and DEA, Board Certification or Residency completion certificate (if truly Board Eligible), NPDB, DEA license, and a copy of your driver's license. Credentialing will be expedited and completed within 2 weeks. Temporary Surgery Center privileges are available.
