Chief Anesthesiologist Leadership Opportunity in beautiful Brandon, Florida- $100K Start Date Bonus!!

Envision Physician Services is seeking a full time qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join the established team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. Minimum experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 14 physicians and 39 anesthetists. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years. The team performs all cases except for transplants and trauma.

The Chief duties will include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Collaborate with Chief MD on orientations and onboarding new hires
• Lead Initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care in conjunction with the Chief MD
• Performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires
