- Ready to welcome a board-eligible/certified General Anesthesiologist to join their growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, working in a dynamic environment, and choosing between two distinct practice tracks in Southern Colorado.
- Offers a diverse and dynamic case mix and unique professional opportunities tailored to your career goals.
- Offers minimal call requirements, supported by established nocturnists, and includes occasional home call with a 45-minute callback time
- Manage cases across multiple settings including Level 1, 2, and 3 trauma centers, as well as outpatient surgical centers, to keep your skills sharp and well-rounded.
- Enjoy a mix of both supervision and independent anesthesia care, allowing you to sit your own cases while also supervising other team members, offering a balance of autonomy and leadership.
- Experience a broad spectrum of cases, including high acuity trauma, obstetrics, major spine surgeries, general surgery, vascular procedures, thoracic surgeries, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and GI, giving you exposure to a wide range of specialties.
- Focus on regional anesthesia and blocks, emphasizing techniques that optimize patient outcomes, enhance recovery, and reduce complications, making a significant impact on patient care.
- Receive robust mentorship from experienced anesthesiologists, helping you thrive in your role and grow professionally within a supportive environment.
- Leadership and teaching opportunities available, though not required, offering the potential for those who want to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the development of future anesthesiologists.
