• Description: 47134 – San Bernardino County

• ASAP 6 months with an option to extend as needed 6:30a-4:30p FULL-TIME ONLY Monday-Sunday
• Daily Responsibilities: General Anesthesia, General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, URO, possibly small bit of NEURO- No OB or Cardiac.
• Supervision: Rarely but should be comfortable of needing to assist
• No Call
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 12 weeks (or sooner depending on provider responsiveness for document requests)

Required:

• CA License; active and unrestricted
• Board Certified/ANES
• Full-Time required 40/hours week

Compensation:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
