Job Title: Anesthesiologist

Contract Length: 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension

Shift Details:

• Clinical Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
• On-Call: PM Beeper with a 30-minute response time; 24-hour weekend call off-site with a 30-minute response time

Work Schedule:

• 1 week/per month

Work Details:

• Providers Needed: 1-2 (Looking to fill 1 FTE, open to part-time)
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: To be determined
• Procedures per day: Approximately 20
• Supervisor Model: 1:3 (Supervision is optional)
• Department Description: Trauma level 3
• EMR: Cerner
• Main Procedures: General, OB, Urology, ENT, Ortho, Podiatry, Ophtho, GI, Vascular, Cardiac & Thoracic. No Neuro or Neck. Minimal Hearts.

• Expenses Covered: Travel, Lodging
• Onsite APT Available

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Board Certified or Eligible (Truly BE)
• License Required: Active WI license (Client is willing to license; IMLC is preferred)
• Certifications Required: ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe:

• 30-90 days with emergency options available (As short as 2 weeks after all needed applications/docs/background/drug screen completed)
