Locum Anesthesiologist *118469: Northwestern, Oregon
Dates/Schedule: ASAP. Week & Weekends - 10, 12, 16hr shifts
Case Mix: Neuro, GI, EP, Cath Lab, General, GYN, OB, Ortho
OB: 24hr In House Call, 7a-7a w/2 CRNA rooms, 1 MD Medical Directing
OB physicians to work a 24-hour shift schedule with CRNA - on avg 2 per week (rotate between the 5)
Must have substantial, recent OB experience.
Call Info: First Call MDs from home
General 1:8 home call physician rotation.
On call day, you will not be on shift until 5:00pm that evening. If you come in, there will be a CRNAs on site with you until 11pm in addition to OB CRNA and OB Physician covering OB.
You may take call from home if a case is not running as long as you are within a 30-minute callback time. You will get off the next morning at 7:00am and have post call day off.

Weeknight, Mon - Fri [8hrs],
Weekend, Sat [4hrs], 5p-7a
Weekend, Sun [24hrs], 7a-7a
OB: 24hr In House Call, 7a-7a w/2 CRNA rooms, 1 MD Medical Directing
Must have substantial, recent OB experience.
Patient Demographic: Adults & Peds
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: 17 MD, 48 CRNA FTE Model
Active OR License: Preferred, but not required.
Credentialing: 90 days
COVID Vaccine: Yes, required
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes, all covered
Medically Supervise CRNAs
Will not work with Residents
