Schedule: *8hr shifts Mon-Fri 7a-3p *10hr shifts Mon-Fri 7a-5p *Weekday In-house Call: 5p-7a or 7a-7a *16hr shifts available *Weekend In-house Call: 24hrs 7a-7a
Estimated Shifts/Month: 20 (min 2 weeks/mo)

Typical Day
Providers will work in a care team model: 50% solo
Provider will see patients starting at pre-op and manage/work case through to finish
50% supervision - will supervise CRNA starting at pre-op.
Supervising a ratio of 1 to 3 to 1 to 4 nurse anesthetists throughout the day
On Call?: Yes
Days to Credential: 90
No OT
Will handle mostly inpatient - 85%
Adults: 50% Pediatrics: 50%
Typical Cases Seen: Mostly bread and butter ortho, GS, neuro, gyn, podiatry, urology, plus pediatrics, L&D.
