1/15 7am - 3pm - 2 providers

1/16 - 17th - 7am - 3pm - 1provider

1/21 - 24th 3pm 11pm - 1 provider

1/27 - 7am -3pm 1 provider

1/27 - 3p-11pm - 1 provider

1/28 -31 - 7a-3p - 2 providers

1/28 -31 - 3p-11p - 1 providers

2/1-2 - 7a-3pm - 1provider

2/3 -9th - 7a-3p - 2 providers

2/3 -7th - 3-11pm 1 provider

2/18 -21st - 7a-3p - 1 provider

2/24 - 28th - 3p-11p - 1 provider.

· Days, nights, and weekends needed (shifts vary from 8-12 hours)

· Cases: Bread & Butter (no open hearts)

· Cases per day: 2-5

· EMR: Meditech

REQUIRED:

· Active CA License

· Board Certified or Eligible

· DEA

· ACLS / BLS / PALS

· Covid Vaccine
