Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 16 physicians and 39 CRNAs at Banner University Medical Center.
  • Work alongside other highly motivated anesthesiologists in a strong care team model style practice.
  • We foster close collaboration with our surgical and perioperative colleagues, ensuring we collectively provide the highest standard of anesthesia care for the Phoenix community.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
  • Great opportunity for experienced Anesthesiologists or individuals just starting their careers.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • 26-week Night Float Position 7 on 7 off Or 44 weeks a year avg of 50 hours a week
  • Our team boasts high retention rates, with collaborative efforts to ensure coverage during time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physicians act in a supervisory role but enjoy a good amount of clinical work performed independently.
  • Banner University Medical Center is a nationally recognized and busy 733-bed academic Level I Trauma Center and is one of Arizona’s leading hospitals.

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Compensation:
    • 44 weeks a year- $435k for W2 or $460k for 1099
    • 26 weeks a year – $700k
    • Sign-on bonus and quality bonus available
