-Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB
-Must provide your schedule/start availability through at least 3 months
-Must provide updated CV with response
*EMR: Epic
*Client will accept FT or varied shifts, please provide availability
*Rate is open, please provide your going rate and your bottom line rate
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided

Anesthesia procedures/skills
Supervision of CRNAs

Qualifications

Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Active, unrestricted MD License OR IMLC
Active, unrestricted DEA
AHA Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB

Working Hours

Full Time or Varied Schedules are available.

Full Spectrum Anesthesia: Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Trauma, Spinal, Epidural, Regional, OB, Neuro-Head/Spine, Complex Ortho, Pain Mgmt, Post-op Epidural, Extremity blocks, Epidural Steroid-Lumbar, Cervical, Transforaminal-Lumar, Cervical, X-ray guided blocks, Vent Mgmt, Eval & Mgmt of acute volume/BP issues, Placement of Central Lines, PA Catheters, and CRNA Supervision
