Cross Country Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for coverage

Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Dates: As soon as credentialed - ongoing

• Schedule:

CRNAs work 8 hour shifts (7a-3p).

Physicians work 10 hour shift (7-5p).

Call Required:

•CRNAs cover 24-hr OB call beeper.

Physicians cover 24-hr OR call beeper.

• Cases include ENT, General, GYN/OB, ortho, plastics, podiatry and urology

No cardiac or Neuro

EMR: Cerner

Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Type of Cases: Practice a wide variety of cases including regional blocks, epidurals, spinals, ortho, GI

EMR: Medhost

General MD supervision of CRNA’s, 1:4 supervision ration.

Pay $250

Must have active AZ license

1-2 weeks per month, but fulltime preferred

Monday-Friday 8a-5p

On call: Yes (rotation of MD’s take call. 30 min response time)
