When: As soon as credentialed on an ongoing basis. No end date.

2-3 ORs running daily.

OR Start times between 6:30AM - 7:30AM, usually 7AM | 8 hour day

Case mix: heavy optho, cataracts, GI, ortho, uro, some plastics, ENT for healthy peds 5+
