  • Shifts: M-F, 7a-3p / 7a-5p
  • Call: Weekday & Weekend pager call is 1:4.
  • Staff: 9 MD and 14 CRNA model.
  • EMR is Epic
  • Req: Covid vaccine, min 100 case logs w/in last 12 months.
