Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) located in Anchorage, Alaska, we would be delighted to discuss our Anesthesiologist opening with you. ANMC is a Level II Trauma Center, which serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people across the entire state. ANMC offers over 30 specialties, and provides a full complement of acute medical and primary care services. As an Anesthesiologist, you will work with 10 Physicians and 30+ CRNA’s performing in OR anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical specialties. We work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day averaging 3-4 cases per day. No cardiac, complex neuro/spine or transplant cases.

Job Responsibilities

Perform OR anesthetics for a variety of surgical cases. Assist/Collaborate with CRNA's, OR Board management, Regional Anesthetics.

Qualifications

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology

Working Hours

Monday through Friday 8 hour shifts 7:30am to 4:00pm

Skills

Peripheral nerve blocks, thoracic and lumbar epidurals, central venous access, arterial access, bronchoscopy. No cardiac, No complex neuro/spine, No transplants.
