This private single-specialty practice, with several facilities throughout Central Georgia, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Anesthesiologist with additional specialty training in Pain Medicine to join their facility in Macon, GA.

- All physicians are BC in Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine fellowships from Rush, Northwestern, Cleveland Clinic, Henry Ford, and Vanderbilt

Compensation
- Year 1: Greater of $400,000 guarantee and 40% of personal professional net collections
- Year 2: Greater of $400,000 guarantee and 40% of personal professional net collections
- Year 3+: Commission/draw structure based on 40% of personal professional net collections
- Personal professional net collections definition: Comprises "dollars in the door" from patients seen and procedures performed by physician -- excludes facility fees and DHS collections. Physicians have no exposure to practice expenses outside of the specialty medical supplies used in advanced procedures, such as spinal cord stimulator devices.
- Signing/relocation bonus: Case-by-case basis
- Partnership track: Physician will be considered for parent company co-investment eligibility following the completion of 18-24 months’ employment
- Benefits eligibility: participation in all health (medical, dental, vision), disability (ST, LT), welfare, life insurance, and retirement plans (401k with employer match) as all other employees.
- Permitted time off: year 1 (15 days), years 2-4 (20 days), years 5+ (25 days)
- Physician-specific benefits: dues/licenses reimbursement, CME days and tuition allowance, business development expense reimbursement
