Seeking a BC/BE Pain Management Anesthesiologist to join talented team near Champaign, IL. Procedures done in ambulatory surgery center in town. Pain injections and implants, no pain med management.
- $650,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus up to $50,000 annually (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
