  • Call frequency/rotation (days/weekends): Weekdays and weekends
  • Typical general anesthesia non‐call day schedule: 07:00 AM ‐ 05:00 PM
  • Typical CV anesthesia non-call day schedule 07:00 AM- 07:00 PM
  • Weekdays 07:00 PM- 07:00 AM
  • Weekends 07:00 AM- 07:00 AM
  • Typical “on call” day schedule General
  • In-house (Nighthawk): 07:00 PM- 07:00 AM
  • Beeper (weekday & weekend) 07:00 PM- 07:00 AM
Description:
  • Specialty: Anesthesiologist
  • Coverage: ASAC- 6 months
  • Care Team Model: Yes, mainly supervisory but MDs can work their own cases if preferred
  • EMR: Cerner, AIIMS
  • Make-up of support staff: 1 MD:3 CRNA or 1 MD:4 CRNA
Practice Details:
  • Must have NC License
  • Certification: BE or BC
Specialty Skills:

Anesthesiology:
  • General Anesthesia Shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s
  • Optional in-house call, nights and weekends
  • Case Mix: Busy OB, trauma, designated stroke center, vascular, neuro, urology, ortho
  • Average Number of general cases per month: 3500-4000
