Due to the need and expansion of services, Montefiore Medical Center’s Department of Anesthesiology is seeking an Adult Cardiothoracic Attending Anesthesiologist to join our team of 8 Board Certified providers. MMC is a renowned academic institution, and the Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Division is a distinguished team that covers a diverse range of cases. This opportunity is open to all career levels and offers mentoring and leadership opportunities. In addition, MMC has a highly competitive pay structure with an ability to supplement salary with call. This exciting opportunity offers the ability to provide clinical expertise, educate Residents/Fellows and research support. The ideal candidate will have completed an ACTA Fellowship and have Certification in Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography. Call schedule will be approximately 6 per month (combination of late call and pager call). Qualified candidates should be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Cardiac Anesthesia and be able to obtain a New York State Medical License.

In addition to a competitive salary of $400,000-500,000, we offer the opportunity to make more income with additional call responsibilities and productivity incentives. LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.
