We are currently seeking an Allergist to join our expanding clinic. We are a multi-specialty clinic located in the Salt Lake City area.

The Clinic was established over 100 years ago, has more than 200+ physicians, and enjoys an excellent reputation in the community. Physician satisfaction is high and turnover is extremely low.

Physicians are hired with a first year salary plus incentive. Partnership is offered at the beginning of the second year with a $100 buy-in. Clinic is 100% owned by practicing physicians. All physicians are on equal footing after the first year (no seniority ownership or benefits). Income with partnership status is commission-based. Health and disability insurance are covered 100 percent. Other benefits include 401(k) and profit sharing plans, CME, and coverage for Board examination.

We are seeking individuals with a strong desire to practice in Utah.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient consultations to gather medical histories and assess symptoms.
  • Perform physical examinations to diagnose medical conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, X-rays, and MRIs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, which may include medications, therapies, or surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, specialists, and therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Stay current with advances in medical research, treatments, and technologies through continuing education and professional development.
  • Adhere to medical ethics and legal standards in patient care and confidentiality.
Requirements

Qualifications and Education:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Residency training in a specialty area, such as internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, or psychiatry.
  • Board certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty.
  • State medical license to practice medicine.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Compassion and empathy for patients.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
