Job Summary:
As a rapidly growing institution, we are seeking an experienced, energetic, and creative leader to
serve as our Chief Medical Officer. This is an extraordinary opportunity to shape the future of a

Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic (HH&WC) is responsible for
overseeing and leading the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate
healthcare services. The CMO will guide the clinic’s medical practices, policies, and procedures,
ensuring that they comply with healthcare laws and regulations while improving patient outcomes.
This role includes leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with the clinic’s administrative
team to promote patient-centered care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy
 Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to enhance clinical excellence,
operational efficiency, and research innovation.
 Build and sustain a culture of collaboration, collegiality, and excellence across all
departments.
 Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and operations to ensure alignment and
seamless integration.

Clinical Oversight and Development
 Implement and oversee a robust peer review and chart audit process to enhance clinical
documentation and decision-making.
 Establish regular Grand Rounds to discuss complex cases, promote professional
development, and foster team-building across specialties.
 Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and workflows in collaboration with
multidisciplinary teams.
Research and Innovation
 Collaborate with research scientists and physicians to integrate cutting-edge medical
research into clinical practice.
 Lead initiatives to develop treatment protocols informed by the latest evidence and tailored to
patient needs.
 Support the growth of the organization’s research lab and guide efforts to produce FDA-
approved products.

Operational Excellence
 Address physician and staff concerns, acting as a mediator and problem-solver to enhance
workplace satisfaction and patient care.
 Work closely with operations to identify and address barriers to efficient patient flow and
provider time management.
 Develop protocols for patient offboarding and handling legal matters, ensuring compliance
and professionalism.
Outreach and Community Engagement
 Represent the organization in external relationships, including partnerships with referring
providers, clients, and the community.
 Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality service delivery and respond to client
feedback.
Provider and Staff Development
 Engage with providers regularly to obtain feedback and address challenges proactively.
 Mentor and guide physicians, addressing performance issues with a focus on improvement
and, when necessary, overseeing transitions.
 Facilitate team-building and professional development activities to maintain a positive and
productive work culture.

Qualifications:
 MD or DO with board certification and active medical licensure.
 Minimum 10 years of clinical practice, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a large,
dynamic healthcare organization.
 Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving quality improvement
initiatives.
 Experience in clinical research and familiarity with FDA regulatory processes is highly
desirable.
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate
complex challenges.
 Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and build consensus across diverse
stakeholders.
