JOB DESCRIPTION:
Medical center in Indiana has multiple opportunities to have a fulfilling family medicine practice and be faculty for our residency program! New and experienced physicians are welcome.

Outpatient Only, all age groups
3 days clinical/2 days faculty
Full access FQHC - Primary care, dental, vision, mental health, podiatry, pharmacy
