Chief Medical Officer to join So Cal Community Health System, with 20 Clinics located throughout Southern California. Candidates will provide oversight and medical expertise in implementing the Medical Management Program. Promote the organizational goals and objectives, assures that quality health care services are delivered. Clinical Care 40% to 50% with 60% to 50% for administrative and supervision.

Must be experienced in implementing new clinic operating processes and systems aimed at improving efficiency, knowledge of and experience with EHR and/or a related automated systems is a plus, Duties. Responsibilities include Recruits, hires, trains, counsels, and evaluates both technical and professional staff involved in the delivery of clinical services who perform the Quality Management (QM) and Utilization. Minimum 3.5 years’ experience in a clinical and leadership position in a community-based clinic environment with multiple sites. Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics
