Hospital Chief Executive Officer

The Position: Our client is looking for a Chief Executive Officer for their 70 licensed bed long-term acute care hospital. The salary and benefits they offer are:

  • Up to $210,000 with up to a 30% Bonus Structure

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Appropriately Related Field
  • Five Years Experience in Hospital Leadership or Equivalent in Healthcare Industry
  • Proven Experience in Corporate Planning, Development, Management, Board Development and Multi- Hospital Operations
  • Rehabilitation And Long Term Acute Care Experience Required
  • Strong Verbal And Writing Skills Along With Effective Communication
  • Strategic Planning
