Schedule and Practice Details:
- 8a-5p for 3+ days/week
- Treat adults (20+) in an outpatient setting, seeing up to 20 PPD
- No call or nights required
Cases and Procedures:
- OBAT cases
- Help patients achieve the highest quality of life with evidence-based addiction treatment
- Provide coverage at 3 clinic locations (one assigned location/day)
- Assigned dedicated medical assistant for support
Qualifications:
- Board-certified in Addiction Medicine
- Licensed in Oregon
- DEA certification
