- Clinical Role:

- Dates needed: - 10/14/24 - 10/18/24
- 06:00a to 12:00p
- Provides methadone or suboxone assisted treatments
- Locum needs to have a Suboxone x waiver but I think the State of Indiana has done away with that requirement. But if possible let's stay with yes to be safe
- Patients per day: Mainly the Intakes/Admissions then maybe a few random patients here and there, no more than 12
- MD does history and physicals but we will try not to schedule on these days
- Support Staff: Primary support will be Nurse Supervisor and Team
- EMR: Methasoft
