We are seeking a Specialist in Risk Management and Compliance to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In this role, you will support the Risk Management and Compliance Department by ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing risk activities, and contributing to projects designed to enhance the CCHCI Culture of Safety. You will collaborate with various departments to assess risks, implement compliance strategies, and promote a culture of safety and regulatory adherence.

As a key team member, you will assist in developing policies, monitoring electronic health records for compliance, and helping mitigate risks across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in risk management and healthcare compliance, with experience in managing projects that improve patient safety.

Compensation: $21.08 Per Hour

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a health-related field
• At least one year of experience in a risk management or corporate compliance setting
• Two years of experience in a healthcare environment
• One year of experience working with electronic health record systems
