Seeking a Coordinator, Nursing to manage and coordinate patient care delivery within assigned units, taking responsibility for policy recommendation, development, and implementation. Collaborating with the unit staff and the multi-disciplinary team, the Coordinator maintains operational aspects of the patient care unit. Demonstrating knowledge of current nursing practice and supervisory techniques, the Coordinator ensures effective patient care, employee relations, and fiscal management.

Compensation: $105,000 - $110,000

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN), required.

· Master’s Degree in nursing or related field, preferred.

· Minimum of five (5) years of satisfactory clinical experience.

· Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in New York State.
