We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager for Women's Health to join our team in Douglas, AZ. The Case Manager will be responsible for screening eligible women for breast and cervical cancer and assisting those with abnormal results to receive appropriate follow-up care. Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Two years of experience in a health-related or social service field.
- ACA enrollment specialist training required.
- Driver's License and Proof of Insurance may be required if requesting mileage reimbursement.
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
