Wake Forest University School of Medicine is seeking an Academic Pediatric Gastroenterologist with specialized training in Motility to join our growing team at Brenner Children’s Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC.

Work in a Supportive & Collaborative Environment:
The Pediatric Gastroenterology Section is a dynamic and collaborative team leading the region in preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric digestive and liver disorders. Our team includes 7 faculty Pediatric Gastroenterologists, 6 Advanced Practice Providers, 2 Pediatric Psychologists, 1 Registered Dietitian, 1 Social Worker, 4 Pediatric GI Nurses, 4 Endo Nurses, and 1 Endo Tech. Specialized programs in IBD, Celiac disease, and Eosinophilic Esophagitis, along with a Functional GI clinic staffed by licensed Psychologists, highlight our expertise. We also run short gut and parental nutrition programs through multidisciplinary clinics and surgical teams. With locations in Winston-Salem, Clemmons, and Greensboro, North Carolina, and plans for expansion in Kernersville, NC, we are committed to comprehensive pediatric gastrointestinal care.
Pediatric Gastroenterologist Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited M.D. or D.O. medical school
- Current North Carolina medical license
- BC/BE in Pediatrics
- Completion of Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship
