Responsibilities:
- Shift Length: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Fri) with flexibility
- Patient Volume: Expected to be 10 patients over 30 days, with approx. 2 visits per patient
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Transitioning to EPIC
- Trauma Level: NA
Qualifications/Requirements
- License: Oklahoma
- DEA/CSR: DEA Required
- Board Certification: NP or PA
- Life Supports: Wound Certified
- Covid/Flu Vaccination: NA
