**Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care opening in AR** **Located in Pine Bluff, 40m to Little Rock** **Full Time Position** Job Description: Medical Group Clinic is seeking to hire a full-time Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant. Diagnose various types of wounds, such as diabetic ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, and pressure injuries Treatment Planning: develop individualized treatment plans; and appropriate dressings, recommend wound debridement, and therapies, and prescribe medications. Wound Management: perform wound care procedures; cleaning and debriding wounds, apply dressings, manage multiple types of topical treatments, wound care therapies, and technologies, monitor wound healing progress, and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan Patient Education: educate patients & families about wound care techniques, prevention, and the importance of following the treatment plan Coordination of Care: coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as dietitians, physical therapists, primary care physicians, specialists Oversite Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): assess patients who qualify for HBOT, determine a treatment plan, and oversee hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
