Job Responsibilities

· Collaborate with 1 physician and 1 RN in a supportive environment that fosters teamwork

· Provide evidence-based care and connect meaningfully with 10-15 patients per day.
· Will work in the outpatient clinic only, with no hospital rounding or surgical responsibilities
· Daily In-Office Procedures May Include: Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Prostate Biopsy, Lithotripsy, Ureteroscopy, Bladder Instillations, Circumcision, Penile Plication, Transurethral Incision of the Prostate (TUIP), Urodynamics, UroLift, Orchiopexy

Qualifications

· Must be experienced in urology and able to function independently without a supervising physician onsite.
· Strong procedural skills and comfort with managing patient care autonomously in an outpatient setting are essential.
· PA or NP certified and the provider must have strong urology experience and be confident in delivering care independently in a clinic setting without an MD physically present.

Working Hours

· The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with an anticipated daily schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
· Not on call. No after-hours or weekend responsibilities.
· No surgical responsibilities. All procedures are performed in-office.
· EMR System: Allscripts and Urocharts
