Patient Evaluation and Assessment: Conducting comprehensive histories and physical exams for patients with urologic conditions (e.g., kidney stones, urinary incontinence, BPH, UTIs).
Diagnosis and Management: Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, urinalysis, imaging) and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising urologist.
Procedures: Performing in-office procedures such as catheter placements, bladder instillations, cystoscopies, and sometimes minor surgeries under supervision.
Patient Education: Providing counseling and education on urologic conditions, medication usage, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures.
Follow-Up Care: Monitoring ongoing treatment plans, adjusting medications, and providing follow-up visits to ensure treatment effectiveness.
WI license preferred or compact / Act 10 Required; DEA; BLS
