**Advanced Practice Urology opening in Oregon** * Located in ***La Grande, OR*** - Boise, ID 170m; Portland 260m * Full-time, permanent opening * Employed position * Joining an established Clinic * Very competitive total compensation opportunity (141k+) which includes: * Quality incentives up to $20k * RVU bonus based on annual threshold * Commencement bonus of $20,000 * $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time * Hospital employed * Full benefits including a 401k match * Paid malpractice **Job Details** * Outpatient Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm * Provider schedule -- Four 10-hour days per week * No after hour call requirements * Average 15-17 patients per day * For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a tele-scribe can be provided * Epic EHR, Growing and expanding financially stable hospital * Well-established referral base throughout Northeast Oregon * Clinic consists of 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure room * 2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines, Olympus cystoscopy equipment, Laborie urodynamics equipment * Minimum of 1:1 clinical support staff **Hospital:** has led the region in efforts to stabilize and secure rural health care services for the communities served, while also working to improve the quality of life of all residents.
