Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Physician Assistant in Urology to join their dedicated, collegial team in Santa Rosa, California. You will work alongside 4 urologists and 2 APPs, with opportunities for growth in the position. Enjoy making a meaningful impact on patients' lives while experiencing the beauty of Sonoma County.

  • No urology experience required but it’s certainly helpful
  • New grads are welcome to apply
  • Primarily outpatient/clinic work with the potential of inpatient work (rounding/consults/assisting)
  • 20-25 patients per day once fully up to speed (after 1 year likely)
  • 8am-5pm M-F schedule
  • 4 Urologists in the group
  • Compensation is between $166,072 and $215,838 per year
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted
