About the Position:

• Schedule: Mon – Fri., 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Outpatient Only
• 4 physicians, 2 NPs, 1 PA along w/ support staff
• No Call requirement
• No Weekend Requirement
• 15-25 Patients per day
• Epic EMR
