Job Description
A not-for-profit healthcare system in Northeast Oregon has an opening for a Urology-Physician Assistant to join their team.
Opportunity
- Provide first-assist services in surgery: deep and simplified tissue closures, application of appliances, and any other action delegated by the surgeon.
- Provide pre and postoperative surgical care.
- Cleanse and debride wounds.
- Suture lacerations and remove sutures and staples.
- Perform electrocardiogram tracing, Uroflow interpretation, and Cystometrogram (CMG) Interpretation. Insert indwelling urinary catheters.
Financial Package
- Very robust compensation of 141K+
- Quality incentives up to $20k
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Commencement bonus of $20,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
