• Schedule: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm & Fri 8am- 1pm
• Duties include; new patient consults, trigger point injections, sleep, migrane pain managment, PRP and patient education
• NC license in hand
• Ideal canddiate will have Neuro or Trigger point injection experinece
• 1 plus years
• Location only
