Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Western Indiana to provide Urology care for our Physician Network Urology Lafayette team located in Lafayette, IN. Join our practice as they provide ambulatory clinic care, hospital rounding and surgical cases. We are seeking a long-term partnership with a provider who is willing to work closely with others. Physician Network strongly supports advanced practice providers by allowing them to be autonomous in building their own practice while collaborating with the care team. _x000D_

WHAT WE NEED:_x000D_
Ideal candidate will have prior experience in both ambulatory clinic and be skilled in the surgery setting. Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team-oriented. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve._x000D_

Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m._x000D_
Flexible full-time schedule_x000D_
Primary responsibilities include hospital rounding, assisting in surgery and clinic_x000D_
Potential for shared weeknight call after training_x000D_
Strong primary care referral base_x000D_
In-network specialty services: Urodynamics, in-office biopsies, in-office cystoscopy_x000D_
Collaboration in Operating Room working with DaVinci XI robotics
