We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Urology NP or PA to join our team. The chosen candidate will play an instrumental role in assisting our urologists, providing direct patient care, and ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage urology patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Assist urologists during surgeries and procedures.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and offer health education to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the field of urology.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current state NP or PA license without restrictions.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• At least 2 of urology experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $85 - $90 based on experience
