**Neurology Nurse Practitioner opportunity: La Grande, OR** ~ N. Eastern Oregon - Located 170m to Boise, 260m to Portland **Position Details** - Full-time - Permanent - Employed - Established Neurology Clinic - Neurology Clinic has 3 physicians, 1 focused mostly on sleep medicine/clinic. Physicians are willing to mentor/train on certain procedures like Botox, trigger point, etc. - Four 10-hour days per week - Average 13-17 patients per day - Primarily out-patient setting with occasional In-patient follow-up. - Knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of neurologic condition including but not limited to headaches, seizure disorders, dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinsons Disease. - Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits! - Relocation - Liability insurance - Loan repayment allowance **Compensation** - 126K total including: quality incentives up to 10K + RVU bonus based on annual threshold - Commencement bonus of 15k - $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time - Student loan assistance - Hospital employed - Full benefits including a 401k match - Paid malpractice - Yes to new grads **Oregon Tax Credit:** The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of 5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated 9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above.
